Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully disassemble the unit if necessary and pack all components, hardware, and instructions into the original manufacturer's crates to ensure safe transit.

Schedule Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your location.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable fees.
