Does the Murphy bed include a mattress?
Our wall bed systems are sold as frames and cabinetry only to allow you to choose your own comfort. They are compatible with most standard coil or foam mattresses up to 12 inches thick.
Is professional installation required?
While our systems are designed for DIY assembly with detailed manuals, we recommend having two people for the installation. The bed must be securely anchored to wall studs for safety.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free curbside shipping on all orders within the continental US. Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Can the bed be moved once it has been installed?
Yes, our systems can be disassembled and reinstalled in a new location. However, you must ensure the new wall is structurally sound and use new hardware if the original anchors were damaged.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unassembled products. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Murphy Bed System comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the lift mechanism and a 5-year warranty on the wooden cabinetry components against manufacturing defects.
